Boards come with a selection of meats and cheeses chosen by board artist. We curate domestic and imported cheeses for each board. You can not choose your meat and cheeses however you can let us know in the allergies section if you do NOT want a certain and cheese, and we will make our best to accommodate your request. We can assure you we have never received complaints about our cheese variety. All boards are served with crackers on the side.
